Can celerity fall in Love with an ordinary guy? Is it possible? And if it happens then what all the consequences that may arise? This what Roger Michell has tried to show in his flick Notting Hill which is written by Richard Curtis. The movie has Julia Roberts and Hugh Grant in the lead. Julia plays the famous Hollywood actress, Anna Scoot who happens to drop in a book shop owned by William Thacker played by Hugh Grant in Notting Hill. While William was returning from the juice centre having juice, he happened to collide with Anna. Then he took her to her house nearby so that she can change her dress. To his surprise, Anna kisses Williams which she said as mutual attraction. Then the story moves further when Anna calls William again by the name of Flintstone while her stay in Ritz. They meet again and then fall in love.
Roger Michell has spread the magic once again in this film after Four Wedding and a Funeral. Although Notting Hill is a romantic-comedy, people will enjoy it. The character, Spike played by Rhys Ifans will make people laugh. He’s done a great job. The movie is smooth and keeps you stick to the chair. The scene when Williams visits Anna at Ritz on her invitation without knowing that the press will be there to interview her for her new film Helix. His reaction to that situation is well covered and well acted by Hugh. At one place, Anna was invited by Williams to her sister’s birthday party. There they discuss about their life and everyone thought that Anna is happy with her life. But then she tells the truth of the actress life. Everyone was shocked to see Anna at their home. And their reaction was really good. Then Anna and Williams came closer and at this time enters the Anna’s boyfriend, Jeff King, a cameo played by Alec Baldwin. The movie has many ups and downs making it a real rather than reel.
All ups and downs are very well handled by the director and the actors. Julia is really good looking and her acting is really outstanding. She has portrait the Anna Scott very well. All emotions of an actress and her reactions on certain things are real. Seems she has emoted her emotions through Anna Scott. Hugh Grant as an ordinary guy who owns a book shop Williams Thacker, who falls in love with a celebrity and then how he reacts on situations seems real. The script of the film and the humorous parts added by Rhys Ifans as Spike is good. One will enjoy the movie because of its good cast, good acting, script and direction. Go watch and see what happens when Celerity falls in love with an Ordinary person.

WORLD OF CREATIVITY
As you enter the gate of Bal Kalyan Sanstha, you are in a new world. A world where creativity speaks. Where thoughts don’t have any restriction. They travel through any medium they want. Where one will witness how handicapped have bitten up the norms of society which state that to be a successful person, you need to be normal. Here you’ll see how handicapped person is more creative than a normal man.
As I entered the premises, the area was quite, calm, and green. I thought that I came to a different place. While I headed toward the office, I saw few works of art which was as good as anything. The head of place, Mrs. Minita Patil, who’s working here since 30 years when it started, says, “We’ve students coming from 80 different schools from Pune district.” They provide them vocational training which include Jewellery making, cell repairing, painting, music, dance, swimming and many such thing which will help them to compete with the outer world. They train them in such a way that anyone can’t say they are handicapped. On being asked how they manage these students, she says, “Every day six school children come that is around 250 children. So it makes us easy to work.” They have a well trained group of faculty and staff who contribute to the smooth running of the Sanstha. The students participate in National and International competitions. The students have won many prizes in there competitions.
Running such a big institute isn’t easy. This institute get funds from Government and they do accept personal donations. They carry on functions whole year but the main event is on 3rd December which is being celebrated as World Disable Day. With a smile on her face, she adds, “We give all they want to stand in this world to stand on their feet.” These children have lost something physically but God has gifted them creativity which we normal human loose. So in this great world of God, everyone is important and special.

LOVE SEX RELATIONSHIP
With the passing of time, everything is getting renovation. The outer world and the inner world. The old are slowly fading away and new are coming up. The new generation are changing day by day. The new technologies are slowly capturing the human brain. With this, the words are also changing, rather loosing its essence. Gone those days, when each and every word was having different meaning, flavour, taste and beauty. Now, every word are being mixed up with each other giving totally a new meaning or should say creating disaster.
I remember a line from one of the hit film of 2009, Love Aaj Kal, RIshi Kapoor comments to Nawab Khan, “Humare zamane main pehle ishq hota tha phir shaadi aur phir something. Par aaj to pehle wahi hota hai aur phir aap naam puchte hain. (In our time, we first used to love then marry and then something. But today you do that thing and then ask for the name)” this movie really did well. I liked the way they have compared the meaning of love in two generation. But as you know, that this is just the film and a film is never real. In fact the condition is more worst. While doing graduation, I used to hear lots of link-ups and break-ups. I used to think that how fast our generation is. Slowly I realised its not Love. They were linking-ups as one of the partner is most desirable in college, boys linked up to the beautiful girl to show his capability of having her. Girls linked up to the boy who is having more bank balance and can spend like rain. Whenever they find someone more desirable, then they break up and search for another victim. Luckily, I was none of them. For them, this is Love which comes in a package of beauty and money less emotion and understanding.
The condition is worst when it comes to sex. They say, “Its the hungriness of body which needs to be feed.” In older days, people used to first fall in love. Then used to meet. Then marry and them comes sex. But today, it’s first the comfort level in bed. Then they go for marriage. I was being told once, “Even if you love someone but are not able to get satisfaction in bed, then its of no use. So go ahead with sex. No harm in it.” but i failed to be so modern and smart. I loved to be orthodox and dumb. But today, people even don’t mind to go for extra marital affairs. For them it’s just the change of taste. Many feel proud to have an affair as they show to their friends that they can handle both women well. People don’t have any problem to have sex with their boss if they will be rewarded with promotion. It’s easy ladder to success.
Once I heard a man had sex with his male boss so that he can get promoted. I was shocked that how people are getting habit of easy way rather choosing a path of hard work and dedication. This whole concept isn’t new to society but the way it’s increasing, sooner or later everyone will be find following it. In older days, Love means to be together, but today it’s being used to be with the hot person and enjoy. Soon a day will come when at a certain age, one need to taste sex and find love. When having extra-marital affair will be fashion. And the deep meaning of Love and Relationship will be hidden somewhere in Sex.

NEW YEAR EVE COMES WITH LOT OF THINGS
Everyone is busy in preparations for the New Year. Punietes have started their preparations for the event. From top police officer to the common person start preparing for the New Year eve night. We have many such people sharing their plans for this great night which we await.
Chief Inspector, Mahadev Chavan of Chaturshrinji Police Station says, “This night is very important to us as we’ve to make many arrangements beforehand so that we can maintain the law and order in our area.” He continues, “We have to make sure that every pubs and bars are closed on the propose time by us. They have to maintain certain security measures which we check before the eve.” They have to see that every measure is being taken properly in the area to avoid any kind of activity. The traffic police are increased in the areas which are more prone to accidents. They are being provided with equipments which will able to measure that is the person is drunk or not. This is the time when they record many accidents all over the city and they have to be prepared to stop such casualty. They have increased the number of metal detector and the guards present at places where they expect more crowd. On being asked that he don’t get chance to celebrate New Year with his family, so how does he feel, he replied with a smile, “Your safety is our priority. When you celebrate it safely, we assume that we’ve celebrated with you.”
If this New Year comes with a responsibility for the Police officers, then it comes with an opportunity for the restaurant and bars to earn good money. Vijay Uttekar, the manager of Shivar Garden in Jagtapdairy, says, “On the eve of New Year more than double customer come than other day.” This give them chance to earn more and the price of items fluctuate accordingly. The restaurants are opened till the time decided in the meeting between area Commissioner of Police and the owners in a week advance. The time increases by an hour on the eve than normal. As the security of the customers are concerned, he said is taken care by them. They look that no mishap occur and when they see any chance then get alert. On eve, they arrange a small DJ for the customers. They don’t allow any person if he’s totally drunk. Wine shop owners across the city are one of them who get to make money on this day. Ram Matre, owner of Impress Wine Shop, says, “During New Year Eve, we have to heir few guys to help us out. We get many customers and it gets difficult to handle them.” The wine shop owners are given closing time by area Commissioner and maintain that. There are cases in which the unauthorized seller are found selling liquor every year. In this he said, “We have been authorized to sell liquor. We take the special permission to sell it on Eve.”
As far as the common man is concerned, the New Year Eve comes to them as an opportunity to celebrate this big day with their family. They purchase new dress and book themselves in pubs, bars, and disco. Few like to celebrate it in home by making delicious foods where as few like to enjoy it with family and friends in a restaurant. The youth move out in groups to different destinations like pubs, discos and places where they can dance and drink. When asked about the safety they take while they are out in New Year eve during which many accidents occur, Sandeep Singh, student of management, says, “We take it fully. I avoid driving when I’m totally drunk. But normally I avoid drinking much.” Whereas Akshay Rao, studying graduation, says, “Accident not only occurs because of your fault. The others are also responsible for this. So no matter how aware you are, if accident has to occur it will occur. But I drive safely.” When asked from Mahadev Chavan, Chief Inspector of Chaturshrinji Police Station about what message he would like to give to the people of Pune, he says, “I have only one message for the people that please drive safely and don’t drink much.” Hope this message will be followed by each and every person of Pune.

New Year Resolutions
What’s your Resolution for this Year?
New Year is not only the beginning of the New Year but also of the new day, new commitments, new dreams and new plan. We all plan our commitments, our day and our whole year from this year. We analyse the previous year and try to improve this year. One tries to improve something or the other in him/her. We all think to do it from the New Year. We all make our plans, our commitments, and our dreams to achieve from New Year. This is all we call Resolution, New Year Resolutions.
We all plan for our year from the New Year. We all try to follow it whole year. One question that comes in my mind is that do we have to wait for New Year to take some commitment? Can’t we plan it any day in the year? Why one wait for it? Every person has different things to say about it. But I’ve a different opinion on this resolution. What I feel is there no need of any resolution. I don’t make any resolutions. I think that one need not wait for a new day or New Year to make any new commitment. It’s something that should come when one feel to have it. Every day, every moment is correct to start a new work or assignment. Why do i need to wait for the year to end or to start?
People believe that with the start of New Year you get enthusiasm. You get a fresh year in which you can start it with all new aim. You can decide to make this year good and successful. That’s why we see everyone wishing a successful and good year to our love ones. This gives the feel that we will not do the same mistake and this day will try to follow whatever we thought to do. People make resolution like to follow diet, to lose weight, to make more savings and such things which will help them to get ahead in their life. We all make to get ahead in our life like the year and time is getting ahead. We learn from our mistakes in the previous year improve it as much as we can. The resolutions made in the first day of the year help us remember that promise done to ourselves whole year and follow it.
Yes, New Year Resolutions is not less than the promise done to ourselves. We promise something to ourselves and try to follow it the whole year. Some people believe that the way our first day is the sign that how our whole year will go. They try to make their first day of the year good and do things that will make their year good. They do things like donating money to the needy or going to temple. This makes them feel good and they try to do this whole year.
Resolutions are nothing but just a medium by which one try to implant all good habits in them and try to make themselves a good human being. This makes them successful and as the year passes, they try to be as good human being as much they can.

SLUM’S NEW YEAR CELEBRATION
KALAKHAD SLUM PEOPLE SHARE THEIR FEELING ON NEW YEAR AND THE PROBLEM FACED LAST YEAR.
The whole city was busy in celebrating the New Year by attending the party in pubs, fine hotels and by cooking delicious dishes at home and enjoying with friends. There was a group of people who were celebrating it in a different way. Some of them even didn’t celebrate the New Year. They are the people from the slums.
The people from slums didn’t celebrate not as they don’t want to but as they were trying to come out from the recession and the going price. They are the class of people who were affected more by the recession. When asked from a fruit seller who used to sell guava in his bicycle, S. P. Jadav (55), says, “Our New Year starts in March with the celebration of Gudi Padva. On that day we buy new dress and cook Puran Poli, the traditional food of Maharashtrian.” He doesn’t have any expectation from Primpi-Chinchwad Municipal Corporation on this New Year. When asked that why is it so, he added, “The Corporation haven’t done anything till now for us so it’s foolish to expect something from them in this year. They just remember us during elections.” They are facing problem with the rising price. They just expect that this year the price of necessary items should not touch sky. They get dal, sugar, and oil from the Government shops. But rest they have to manage by themselves. Whereas Arvind Sharma (35), who’s from Uttar Pradesh and owns a tapir here, says, “I celebrated my New Year with my friends. We just cooked few dishes and wished ourselves. What else can we do?” Kopendra (20), a student studying Arts, says, “I celebrated with friends and wish to get job this year.” Another student, Lakhan (22), who studies and at the same time manage to help his brother in his shop, says, “I enjoyed my last year and celebrated a lot with my friends. We all friends were collecting money since October and then contributed and enjoyed.” A housewife, Sangeeta (45), whose husband owns a blacksmith shop, says, “We all friends gathered on eve and cooked food. Then our husband’s drank alcohol and we danced. This how we welcomed New Year.”
2009 was a very bad year for all of us. They all have faced lots of difficulties and they hope that the New Year comes with a relief to them. The recession was the bad part of the year which affected them a lot. They all managed to survive the recession. When being asked about how they survived, Sangeeta says, “Only we know how we managed to do that. We have two families depends upon the shop. Whenever something comes get divided into half. We cut down our food to manage the recession. It was worst as we’ve small kids and they used to be hungry. Government did nothing for us during such a crucial time.” They managed as they were having a habit of saving few pennies from their earnings. S. P. Jadav, says, “We were really tensed during recession. Everyday I used to think that how will I earn to feed my family. The prices of foods were touching the skies and bring them in very small quantity everyday.”
This was the and is conditions from decades. This condition has never been changed and guess will never change. On being asked about what their local cooperator, Anil Jadav, did for them in New Year Eve, they gave me a mixed comment. They have no expectations from the government in New Year. Government does nothing from them. They just remember them during elections and give them bribe. In the country where we have the biggest slum in Asia, the questions which arise are that what government is doing for their upliftment. This is what they ask the government everyday. But I think the local cooperator and municipal corporation are dumb and can’t hear their voices.
